Hi.
I have an iPhone 7. I just commenced my TPG sim only service yesterday and I am unable to activate my iMessage and FaceTime video features through settings. I've turned my phone off and on twice and still no luck.
any advice please?

We tried to search for your account using your community details to no avail.
Have you confirmed that you are able to access the internet using your Mobile data?
If yes, please send me a PM with your customer ID or mobile number to check on this further.
If no, please make sure that the TPG SIM is activated.

Are you using Mobile Data or connected via TPG internet? Send me your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) so we can proceed with the initial investigation.
