Get online support
For the past two days I have been unable to login to my accounts on the Web Portal (on both mobile and desktop) or the Android App.

Is anyone else facing this issue, and can anyone from web support assist?

We've tested it on our end and did not encounter any problems.
Try to clear the cache or browser history, then try again.
Let us know how it goes.

Unfortunately clearing the cache and even running in incognito mode did not make a difference.
Clearing the cache in the android app also did not work, but strangely when using another one of my TPG accounts (I have two premises) it logs in on the app only. The newer of the accounts still doenst work on either.
Any other ideas?
