I cannot log in to my mobile account using the original password. I have tried to reset password, from an sms message on the phone, but an error message says that the password can't be changed on my phone. I have tried to change the password on my laptop, but the sms message is sent to my phone, not to an email ..... this has been happening for months. I don't wish to contact TPG by phone because I cannot understand operators accents.
