Hi, i am wanting to change my postoffice email password and cant find where to do it.  it isnt in settings.  Please help

Hi @trace11, you'll need to log into My Account  at https://www.tpg.com.au/account (log in with the username you want to change the password for) and click "Change Password"

If you ever forget your password, https://cyberstore.tpg.com.au/forgot_password.php is the place to go.

That's strange, @igeorgebulcock. Can you try to reset the account password again and check if the temporary password you'll receive will work?
