My phone acct has been cancelled.

I changed credit cards over a month ago.

even though tpg has billed several times on new card (as per ../myaccount) still getting sms 'payment failed'.

I updated cc details online several times - still getting sms 'payment failed'.

I spoke to support person twice & gave new cc details - still getting sms 'payment failed'.

I have been waiting on hold for hours across several days & yet cannot get to talk to someone.

I get seveal emails telling what is happening, yet cannot make this payment.

Have been with tpg for several years - this is very frustrating.

We'd like to know what happened in this instance and get to the bottom of it. Any chance you can send your TPG mobile number or Customer ID via private message so we can investigate and further assist?
