My phone acct has been cancelled.
I changed credit cards over a month ago.
even though tpg has billed several times on new card (as per ../myaccount) still getting sms 'payment failed'.
I updated cc details online several times - still getting sms 'payment failed'.
I spoke to support person twice & gave new cc details - still getting sms 'payment failed'.
I have been waiting on hold for hours across several days & yet cannot get to talk to someone.
I get seveal emails telling what is happening, yet cannot make this payment.
Have been with tpg for several years - this is very frustrating.
