Hey TPG, I understand you guys have restrictions with C-19 virus but how about a little customer service?

I have been trying for the last few days to contact you,unsuccessfully, at any time of the day. Now i can understand peak time service will be slow, but not at 9am or 8pm at night.

All i wish to do is get my elderly Mums NBN service relocated within her retirement home. I am the authorised person for her account.

look forward to a quicker response than waiting for "a chat"
