I was sent an email telling me I need to update my credit card details. I clicked on the link which took me to my account page. I clicked on update details and filled them in. A message then comes up telling me that I can't update my details and need to phone TPG, but I still had the $1 taken out of my account. Why is there an update details page there if I can't use it? What is the issue?

I checked your account and can see that you have successfully updated your credit card details. The $1 will be applied as a credit on your TPG account and it will be used for future payments.
