I changed my payment details 24 hours ago to a direct debit. Since then the message in my account is 'payment processing" except that it isn't and I have no phone.
I cannot add a credit card as it won't allow me to change the payment method while it is 'stuck' and I cannot use my phone.
Hey @parksfam, direct debit payments can take up to 4 business days to be processed, which is why your payment is showing in progress.
