why can't i change my account details

We were able to locate your account using your community details and reviewed it.

 

We understand that you were able to reach out to our Customer service team with regards to changing the account details, however, since you are not the account holder you need to process the Change of ownership first for you to have full control on the account.

 

The email was already sent to you with instructions. Once completed, please send it to adsl_admin@tpg.com.au.
