14 days and still no internet

TPG has the worst customer service ever!!! No one is calling us back for our internet! No one!!! I am out of pocket living elsewhere and paying my mortgage and rent no one cares! I’ve not had the internet since the 13th of January, it is now the 25 th of January!

I’ve gone to The ombudsman and the ACCC and will be going on a current affairs shortly speaking about my terrible experience working from ‘not my home’ because TPG can’t provide me with the internet! You are literally the worst. Worst customer service, worst at internet/ broadband. I can’t believe a company like yours gets to exist nowadays.

We understand that your case manager and assigned Engineer have been in touch. They've advised you that a modem/router has been sent to rule out the possible equipment issue.

The consignment number has been sent via SMS for you to track the parcel via Startrack.
