Hello,

I've got a Home Wireless service but this service won't be suitable for my house. I live in a place with very poor/bad signa/reception and I need internet coming from a cable. I already contract the NBN plan from TPG, I am just waiting for the installation. But I want to make sure that my Home Wirelless will be cancelled.

I couldnt have any assistance by the phone. I sent an email to cancel@tpg.com.au but no answer yet.

Who can assist me? I dont want to have the surprise to be charged twice.

Thanks for raising this to us, drop me a private message with the account details of both service also specify the service that you wish to cancel, please include your best contact number and preferred time. I will arrange one of our Account Specialists to contact you tomorrow.

There is no option to private message you.

 

My request about cancelling the service was accepted. I just need the details about return the modem. If you can, please forward this case to an account specialist.

 

Account that should be cancelled:

username: xxxxx

service: xxxx xxxx.

I tried to use your given details but it does not show a matching records on file, please confirm the Customer ID/Account number of the TPG homebroadband service.
