Hello,
I've got a Home Wireless service but this service won't be suitable for my house. I live in a place with very poor/bad signa/reception and I need internet coming from a cable. I already contract the NBN plan from TPG, I am just waiting for the installation. But I want to make sure that my Home Wirelless will be cancelled.
I couldnt have any assistance by the phone. I sent an email to cancel@tpg.com.au but no answer yet.
Who can assist me? I dont want to have the surprise to be charged twice.

I tried to use your given details but it does not show a matching records on file, please confirm the Customer ID/Account number of the TPG homebroadband service.
