Thanks for raising this with us.

Upon checking your location, we've detected another lead-in copper pair that can be used to provide the NBN service.

Just to clarify, we sell our NBN product as a bundled service (NBN internet + VoIP home phone). Also, this is going to be a new order, which means that it will be a new account.

This means that you can't own 2 telephone numbers on a single NBN account.
