4G Home Wireless Broadband Bad Connection

I'm Existing TPG SIM Plan User, connection stable in my Household,but home wireless broadband is really bad connection even at the midnight. I did follow the guides"Troubleshooting Home Wireless Broadband Speed Issues" but connection still bad. I placed the modem/router at the window BTW.

Aside from placing it at the window, have you tried to relocate it as well to get a good coverage?

Did you notice any changes with the light status of the device?

 

Have you also tried to reset the modem/router?
