4G home internet is not working

Hi guys, the internet was fine until this morning. There is no internet connection for 4G home wireless, it just required to sign in into network. I logged in to my TPG account to check if I haven't paid monthly payment, but the payable amount is $0.00. I tried to turn off then turn on the modem but the problem is still there. I also tried to call TPG, wait for almost 1 hour but no one answers phone call. Pls someone help me.

The outage is resolved.

 

If the service is still not working, please reboot the modem/router, then try again.
