Hi Team,
The internet is now restored following the technical outage.
Currently running 20.9MBps down and 2.3 up.
So pleased, thats now resolved.
Can you please amend the billing to indicate the week (more like 10 days but a week is fine) end to end that we were without service?

I just received my phone bill with additional charges attached for data usage when internet was down. Can someone please modify the billing.
