Hi,
When I send to a particular email address, I usually receive the following bounce since August:
"Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 'timeout' (delivery attempts: 0)".
Details:
Reporting-MTA: dns; rpt-glb-asav2.mgt.tpgtelecom.com.au
Final-Recipient: rfc822;s*****@******.com.au
Action: failed
Status: 5.0.0 (permanent failure)
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 'timeout' (delivery attempts: 0)
Any idea if this is a TPG issue or the receiver's service provider and how can I resolve this ?
Any help much appreciated.
Is this the only email address that you can't send?
Are you using an email client or the webmail?

(different user same problem)
Had this happen to two different 'business' email addresses (one in Vic, one in QLD) this year, in both cases a second attempt yielded exactly the same error.
Mind you the error comes back 3 days after the attempt to send.
(Why is Delivery Attempts always 0?)
This from a client
Most recent one was to book an appliance service, luckily I called them.
In both cases they were replies to emails received
Here's another one from a different recipient
Reporting-MTA: dns; rpt-cro-asav4.mgt.tpgtelecom.com.au
Final-Recipient: rfc822;xxxx@xxxxxxx.com
Action: failed
Status: 5.0.0 (permanent failure)
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) '[Errno 61] Connection refused' (delivery attempts: 0)
It's extremely hard to rely on the email system with so many of these going on
