5G Home Broadband Issue

Hello,

 

I activated my 5G Home Broadband Premium plan today, which should deliver download speeds of 96Mbps and upload speeds of 14Mbps. However, the modem is not connecting to the 5G network and is using 4G instead (as can be seen in the attached pictures). This is resulting in lower speeds and higher latency than expected. I have followed both the setup and the troubleshooting guides, but the modem remains on the 4G network.

 

I don't believe there's anything else I can to do to solve the problem, it seems an issue with TPG coverage and/or services.
