Get online support
Hi,
I'm still in 7 days trial for the 5G Home Internet.
It is not as stable as NBN and it does have some drop off issues.
Is there something we can do to keep it more stable?

@GundamZeta Is this happening both on wired and wireless devices? You can try moving the modem to another location where it can get a better reception. If you require further help, we can have our tech team to contact you for some troubleshooting. You can PM us with your best contact time.
