5G Home Internet modem not working

Hi I have this modem running for nearly 2 months perfectly until last night. It suddenly lost internet access at around 10 pm.

 

I checked the signal bars stayed stable with 3 bars and wifi connection was fine with either 2.4 ghz or 5hhz channels. Si have tried the following solutions:

1. Power off the modem, then power it on after 20 secs. Still couldnt access internet.

2. Reset the modem, same result

 

I need it fixed urgently because my work is relying on it.

thanks for the update.

 

But why there's no notification to me for the service interruption?

 

And are you sure this maintenance is the root cause for my 5g network failure?

Hi @zdnet_au, the network maintenance has been completed. 

 

However, recent updates on your account indicated that a fault ticket has been  lodged to our Engineering team for further investigation. 

 

Please ensure to keep the modem powered on for remote testing purposes. Updates will be provided via phone call or SMS.
