My 5G home broadband not working since 2.45pm yesterday. This is the second time in 6 days it's been out for more than 12 hours. I've gone through all troubleshooting process for SAGEcomm modem and TPG community but no improvement so forced to work off my mobile phone hotspot. Your website says no outage in my area. The issue is not modem location or house size as no problems with the service since I moved to 5g about 3 months ago.
