5G home broadband very slow for 4 months

I followed the usual speed suggestion that are posted and nothing works. My internet speed has been sitting between 6 - 15 when inshould be at least getting 90+ fornthe ladt 4 months

Hi tried that list and was no good even called support and get told there is a outage or work bring carried out and i said for the last 4 months and no notification untill i called up?. Checked with a neighbour 5g on their provider has no issues. Not sure whats wrong but speed sits around 5 to 19
