As you can see, the download speed is really bad, reached out to support twice but no luck. Both time I was told to reset router which really didn't help much, things work fine when I am on call with them then goes down hill. Not really sure what to do as I cannot even get NBN connection.
Speed Test Result URLs, regardless of phone or laptop speed is slow, which is something else I was told by TPG, as my hardware might be at fault instead of 5G
