When the system was getting upgraded, did they have an end date for this upgrade or could this software upgrade potentially go on forever?
Hi @asadrajput, the Case Manager assigned to your case has sent you an email. Please reply to it directly as the officer is your sole point of contact in working towards a resolution.
Yes they did reply but with no timelines. I am only after an ETA really as it looks like this upgrade as no actual end date. As a matter of fact, the case manager encouraged me to leave TPG. I can post email reply to you directly if it helps which is surprising from escalation case manager. That would be one way to resolve the case!
