5g home broadband internet speed is slow at 2 yellow lights

Hi TPG,
I just joined TPG's 5g home internet. The signal indicator of the modem keeps switching between 2 yellow lights and 2 green lights. Internet speed is very fast when 2 green lights are on, and very slow when switching to 2 yellow lights. Can you please keep the lights on green for me?
Any advice would be appreciated.

I try everything but not working. I know that yellow and green lights represent 4g signal source and 5g signal source respectively, the modem has been switching between 4g signal and 5g signal, no wonder they have different internet speed performance. Moving the location of my modem does not keep the lights green, please help to check the 5g signal source near my address, tell me which direction they are in, and if possible please turn off the router to accept 4g signal source. Although the 5g signal only 2 green lights, but the speed has been maintained good.
