Get online support
I had connectivity this morning. I just check the NBN outage website and my address is fine. The Power light on the NBN model is solid green and the optical light is solid green.
My AC1200 modem turns on and the power light comes on then starts blinking. After about a minute the modem shuts down.
I can't get the modem to connect ot the internet.
Cable connections haven't changed.

Thanks for raising this with us.
Have you tried to factory reset the modem/router via the tiny pin hole on it?
If not, please try it first and observe if it's going to resolve it.
If the connection is still not restored, please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to assist you accordingly.
