Hi all, I've been experiencing frequent internet drop outs lately. Now my NBN black box does not show any light except for the power one. I've been on the phone for over 90 minutes waiting to speak to someone.
I tried to reset the modem, upplug everything. Reboot my computer no luck.
Can support call me to sort this out as I need internet to work?
