ADSL 2+ no internet

Hi, we've had no internet connection since last night (internet light showing red on modem/router).

There was some rain last night - sometimes we lose internet connection after rain for some reason.

We've done the suggested tests (been through this many times before).

Can you please see if there's an issue on your end? We are in Sunnybank, QLD. Can PM for account name.
