Get online support
I now have two people working from home and sharing the same internet data My current 200Gb Plan is about to be shaped. I have been trying relentlessly to get in contact with somene there that can assit me in changing my current plan to 500gb.
Ive tried Calling , Using the On Line Chat Option, and E Mailing Support
I have also tried to change the Plan under my Account but the only Option I get it to sign up for NBN which is not available unitl 29 May 2020.
Any help would be appreciated.
