ADSL2+ Huge amount Drop Outs - Speed fine when working

Hi 

My ADSL has been experiencing huge amount of drop outs every 5 mins.

This happened to my before, and the problem was the wet lines due to the rains. Can you please send some one to fix that.

I've managed to locate your account using your Community details. I've run remote tests and have detected some dropouts on the connection. I have escalated the issue now to our Engineering Team for further investigation.
