Hi there, we have had our account and connection for a few years now and just recently it has started to become intermittent. It will work for 10 - 15 minutes, then the modem will drop the connection and reconnect within a minute or so. This cycle just repeats all day..
I have power cycled the modem a few times but the problem keeps repeating.
Could you advise on how we can solve this please?

Before attempting the troubleshooting steps, TPG recommends that you:
1. Check our Service Status at https://www.tpg.com.au/servicestatus
2. "Power cycle" your ADSL modem. This means turning your modem off and waiting for one minute before turning it back on again. This allows your modem to reestablish connection to our server.
If you are still unable to connect to the Internet, you can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on this link: https://www.tpg.com.au/support/problems_connect_internet.php
In your case, we've raised this with our Engineering team for further investigation as we need to make sure if there's a fault within the external copper or the internal copper line. An assigned Engineer will be in touch with you within 24 to 48 hours via SMS or phone call once an update becomes available.
