ADSL2+ connection not working Caulfield

Internet connection is not available, called support but the phone lines are flooded with calls!!

Welcome to TPG Community! 

 

Pulling up your account using your Community details, I've managed to run remote tests. 

 

It appears that the connection is already up and running after performing troubleshooting with our Technical Team.
