Hello.
Hope you can help. I have been experiencing slow connection speeds for a few weeks now with speeds of less than 500kb on a regular basis and virtually unusable after 4pm in the evenings. The phone line is also pretty poor so maybe connected. The phone and modem are on seperate sockets but neither one has a filter but advised not required when the engineer from Telstra came to initially check the line. Could someone check if there is a fault somewhere on the line that is causing the low speeds?

Based on the account located using your Community details, I've seen that you have just spoken to one of our Technical specialists and the issue has now been escalated to our Engineering Team.
Please allow them sometime to investigate the issue further. They should provide you with an update within the next 24hrs.
Furthermore, we have been advised by Telstra that they will check your TPG service anytime between now and 01/Mar/2019 and you do not need to be at home for the visit.
