05:25:49 AM Feb 11 (sunday) I experienced an internet outage untill about 21:00 hr the same day.
Anybody else experience the same?

I checked the account and seen that you were able to contact our Tech team last Sunday. The issue was escalated to our Engineering team since there was no evident fault on the line that we are using to provide you service.
