Access Denied

We have been able to access a website (www.racing.com) daily for my husbands work, however the past 2 days we are getting the following message

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access

We have tried on laptop, and on my iphone using wifi and get the access denied message. When I try on iphone using mobile data it's fine, swap back to wifi and denied again. This is the only website we're having this problem on

The ping test looks good, however the error message that you get means that there is something blocking your device from going into the webpage.

Did anyone enable any firewall on your modem?

Can you please send the screenshot of the error message.
