I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty accessing your email account as well. Our Engineers are already working to have this resolved. The Current Estimated Time of Restoration (ETR) is on Wednesday 17 July 2019, 5:00 AM AEST. The ETR is subject to change. You may visit our Service Status page for updates.

This is still happening ..... 1st March 2021.  Support shows "no issues"

All Sales and no support .... I understand how TPG has a One star rating.
