Account / Alter options / Online lockout

Hi,

I have an account with you.  

I have been notified that we have reached our monthly usage.  So in order to increase or upgrade or alter I:

  1. Rang tpg but cannot get through
  2. Went online and tried to sign in but couldn't.  Tried resetting password but that also didn't work and I have now been locked out of account.
  3. Set up this new account as it seems it is the only way to talk to you.

Could you please:

  1. Show me how to re-activate my online account
  2. Explain my options to have full speed internet reinstated for the next 3 days 
  3. Explain my options going forward.

We did an article that you may find helpful. This will guide you on how to retrieve your online account. 

 

 

If your NBN/ADSL plan's data usage has been throttled the data allocation will replenish on the next billing cycle. You may also upgrade your NBN/ADSL plan this will upgrade your Data Allocation.
