Account Cancellation

I have asked your team time and time again to provide me with a refund AND cancel my account. Instead, I have had no response or acknowledgment whatsoever. If I don’t receive confirmation as requested, I will be taking further action. This sort of behaviour is unacceptable and honestly disgusting.
