Hi TOG support team , I spent 1.5 hours on your support help line with no one answering my call. My account number is ***** Sharm Ayyagari, Pennant hills Sydney.
The NBN coaxial cable to my house is down ( fell from the pole junction box on Tues day. After an hour on phone on Tuesday we placed a complaint for repair. We received a text message saying someone will attend Job number 13338552.
We work from home and the internet is abodolutely vital and urgent Please advise when will you be attending to this urgent matter.
We have been customers of TPG for over 15 years . Please call or text 04*** or my wife Nikki 04**** URGENTLY to give an update.
