Get online support
This is 3rd time for disconnect or dropped out for my ADSL2+. I fixed my cables on last yr of Nov and this yr of Feb. That disconnection happened on last Thursday 1 pm... I called tech support and waits for 1wk (maybe)... I have my telecomuting jobs at home and need internet as soons as possible... Last of 2 cases about internet, it spent 1 and half wks to re-works my interent... I don't think I have patient for it... Why this is happend agian? Is that our area problems? Are they not able to fix cables on 24 hrs? Its so much delays... to waits for fix it seriously... why cannot fix immideatly?
This is my status of internet connection.... no DSL and red internet light at all
