You just sent me an sms to inform me an NBN technician would visit us on Monday and need my attendance. I will not available that day and replied you yesterday the available day and time. Please see attached photo. However, you ignored my reschedule request and sent me another SMS to comfirm the visit. And in that SMS you need me to contact you to reschedule the time. I spent nearly one hour to call you and no one picked up the call. How can I reschedule the visit? Why don't you call me to confirm the visit day and time?
