Archer VR1600v Firmware Update

Hi my firmware on my Router (Archer VR1600v v2.0 00000000)  is very old at 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 220518 Rel.32480n.

I need to get this updated please.

Also the Archer allows for a manual update, why is the Firmware file not available to download for users?
