Are TPG providing any COVID-19 assistance to customers?

How can such a terrible company still be running?

I have been with them for 4 years and ive never had a real issue but this year really let them show their true colors! They have offered no assistance during this pandemic crises, the customer care is zero to none, wait on hold forever to speak to a manager and eventually they tell you they will call back but they dont and the process starts again. If late with a payment there is no reminder, no extension, they just disconnect you! What kind of company is this! Thankyou for the heads up, Ill call and email them tomorrow and start the cancellation process, been battling them for 4-5 months now and they have given me no reason to stay! I will never recommend TPG to anyone!
