I continue to get this error message < E:adsl_comm:thread_exists >
every time I try and upgrade my NBN plan online, I have tried every variation possible multiple times a day and every time it comes back with the same thing.
We have tried contacting TPG multiple times via phone, email, chat and messaging on the community thread to have this sorted- to upgrade to the NBN50 plan, as we are both currently working from home and cannot go another week without internet. Please assist.
