Bad ping to singapore server

Hi,
Recently I've been experiencing terrible ping when trying to play games on Singapore servers. In the past, I used to get 80-90ms when playing in Singapore servers but recently I've been getting 150ms. I decided to check if this was a one-off problem and connected to Sydney servers to see that I still had a stable 60ms. 

I also tried to reset my PC and my internet but neither seemed to help.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @junhong0806 

When you advised about reset, do you mean you've factory reset the modem/router? Or just a reboot?

What speed were you getting? Do you notice the high ping all day or mainly at night or morning?

Are you using a VPN?

Do you experience it only at a particular game or on all of your online games?

I am having the same problem. Before I am getting 50ms, now goes up to 130ms. I am using VPN and my PC is connected via ethernet. Can this be fixed please?

Hi @marped63, is this happening throughout the day? What online game do you play?
