Hi TPG Support,
after noticing diminishing NBN speeds for the last 6months (I understand Covid may have made things difficult for a while) today I see speeds (down/up) of 20/0.1, 30/1, 15/0.2, 40/2, etc.
I'm on a HFC with NBN100 and have basically not seen the promised speeds since I got my NBN connection beginning of the year, but today's speed takes the cake and impacts my ability to work from home.
I have restarted the NBN modem as well as the TP Link router, no improvement. There are no network issues mentioned on the NBN website either.
Please advise.
