I can connect to my WiFi but not connecting to the internet. I want to speak to someone. I find this online forum ridiculous and time consuming. We should at least be able to register for a call back.

   I can see your Telstra line got shorted somewhere. 

 I escalated your case to the engineering team, someone will get back to you soon

Hi Peter did you get a resolve? Ive had a similar situation our modem was unplugged last night and it wont reconnect so we bought ne router thinking it was a faulty modem same issue red light on modem connects to wqifi but no internet.. Alas all attempts to speak to tpg have been wasted time - no reply to online and call back requests and phones just hang up when on hold.
