I would like to refresh the billing cycle to get unshaped.
Called accounts but they could not see the payment yet from automatic Direct Debit made 9th Jan.
I can see the payment has gone through my Commonwealh account and has recipt number.
The person on phone would not do anything
Can somebody help, please?
