Hello! 

 

I'm moving out of the country, what is the process to cancel my internet service? Thanks!

Hi @pabloVazq 

 

Not what we'd like to hear, but I can understand your reason for canceling your service. To assist with your request, I need to organize a call from our Escalations Team. Can you PM us the following:

  • Customer ID or username of the account you wish to cancel
  • Best Contact #
  • Preferred time for a call

Thanks for providing your details via PM. I have organized a call from our Escalations Team. They'll contact you between 2:30PM - 3PM VIC on the mobile number we have on file.
